An early live favorite and absolutely destined to take part on the the album. When we went into the studio to record 'A Fervent Prayer' we had just finished Faith and Nazgûl and thought those songs were strong enough to make it to the album, so we had to take 1 or 2 songs out. Ikaros was one of them. Vic always felt the lyrics were too strong to be forgotten, so he decided to refurbish the song for 'The Final Chapter' album.
This one is the original and a beautiful example on how the band sounded before 'A Fervent Prayer'.
